parkrun Volunteer — Every Saturday

Volunteer at your local parkrun — a free, weekly, timed 5km event held every Saturday morning at 8am in 62+ parks across Aotearoa.

Roles include: timekeeper, barcode scanner, marshal, tail walker, photographer, and setup/packdown. No experience needed — just register at parkrun.co.nz and turn up 30 minutes early.

Volunteer as often or as little as you like. Each event takes about 1.5 hours. It's a wonderful community — many volunteers say it's the highlight of their week.

No parkrun, no volunteers. You literally make it happen.
