Common questions
What's the minimum team size?
Most activities welcome groups of 5 or more. Some larger projects can accommodate 50+ people. We'll match you with the right fit.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Outdoor activities have a rain date or indoor backup plan. The charity host will be in touch with your coordinator if plans need to change.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend at least 2 weeks' notice, though popular activities in peak periods can book out further ahead. The earlier, the better.
Do team members need accounts?
No. Your coordinator gets a shareable link. Team members just fill in their name and any dietary or accessibility needs — no sign-up required.
Can we choose the cause?
Absolutely. Browse by category — environment, food rescue, community building, education, and more. Or tell us what matters to your team and we'll suggest options.
What reporting do we get?
Every booking includes a post-event impact summary. Annual Programme members get a full reporting dashboard with hours, participation, and impact metrics for sustainability reports.
